Payment
You can pay via our website. We use a Paypal payments system which is safe and secure.
We accept all cards which are deemed acceptable by paypal.
If you are paying by switch please include your card issue and your start date.
VAT is included within the price shown.
No orders will be processed until all funds have cleared into our account.
Deliveries
All orders will be dispatched using a specialist parcel logistics company & can be delivered to anyone you wish (in UK mainland)
We operate a 1-5 day delivery service, orders are delivered Monday to Friday.
Postage charges are £7.30 per order, per address. However if the order exceeds a weight of 20kg then you are liable to an extra delivery charge.
Where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept the delivery they will leave a card and wait for the recipient to contact them, please make sure addresses & postcodes are correct.
Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the Monday.
Claims
Claims for breakages or other damage must be made to ‘Ummah Gifts’ in writing or by email within 24 hours of receipt of goods. We want you to be happy with your purchase & will endeavor to replace any products that are damaged.
Substitution
Every effort will be made to dispatch the items specified, however in the event of difficulties we reserve the right to substitute goods with items that are similar. Colours of products are likely to be different to those photographed on the website. Books described may be substituted for books that hold similar content.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled if the order has not been packed and dispatched. All payments will be refunded.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we would like to hear from you. We need to know how we can improve our service and correct it; complaints will be answered inshallah.
